All our firewood is produced and sourced in a completely sustainable way. The wood comes from localy managed woodlands on the estate (less than a mile away), or is a bi-product from our tree surgery.
The wood is processed and left for a minium of a year in a dry air cooled barn. This therefore means its naturaly dried in a sustainable manner without any need for another imput, unlike Kiln dried firewood.

We also hire out our wood processor. With the correct sized cord wood, this is capable of processing up 40 cubic metres a day. Hire with processor and operator for £350 (needs a tractor pto to power it), or with tractor for £420 plus travel and fuel. A digger with grab and operator to handle the cord/load the processor can be added for £300 plus travel and fuel. All prices are plus VAT.
